Key Responsibilities:

  • overseeing all aspects of retail operations, such as sales, inventory, and cashier duties
  • Create efficient plans and initiatives to meet your sales targets.
  • Takes exceptional care of Management Team, Employees, and our customers.
  • Manages Business to Business initiatives & Promotes Internal Programs for alternate sources of revenue.
  • Ensures Sales floor is “Show Time” ready.
  • Implements retail training programs to ensure employees are fully trained.

What you’ll bring to the Table,

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration or a related field preferred or 4 years of related retail experience and 2 years leadership experience.
  • Have a positive attitude, be energetic, and service focused.
  • Strong customer service, sales, decision, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensures sales floor is ‘Showtime Ready.
  • Implements retail training programs to ensure employees are fully trained.
