Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking Full Time Customer Solutions Representatives to provide exceptional customer service and sales support over the phone. This position will start on March 17th, 2025. This is a remote role based in the following states; AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NC, ND, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, and WI.

What You Will Do:   

1. Answer 60-80 inbound calls per day, providing a positive customer experience.
2. Assist customers with order concerns, tracking, product-related inquiries.
3. Confidently ask the right questions and research solutions to resolve concerns.
4. Work with internal teams (Transportation, Drop Ship, Order Verification, and Technical Support) to provide accurate information.
5. Maintain detailed customer records in our ERP system.
6. Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback to improve service.

 What we are looking for in a candidate:   

• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Customer-first attitude and passion for helping others.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a friendly, professional tone.
• Self-motivated with independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a quiet, private home environment with wired high-speed internet and phone connection.
• Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a plus!

A few other things to know:   

• Start date: Monday, March 17th.
• Monday-Friday 8AM - 5PM during your first 10 weeks of training.
• After training, shifts are: Monday-Friday between 10 AM - 7 PM (flexible start times).
• One weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) every 4 weeks (with days off during the week).
• Holidays as needed.
