We are seeking Full Time Customer Service and Sales Representatives for a fully remote (post training), hybrid role that combines customer support via the phone with sales-related responsibilities. This position will start on July 28th, 2025

This is a remote role based in the following states; AR, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NC, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, and WI.

What You Will Do:   

  1. Answer 40-50 incoming phone interactions per day and identify the type of assistance the customer requires and provide a positive experience and resolution.
  2. Provides problem solving steps by confidently asking the right questions and researching options to determine the best resolution.
  3. Maintains accurate customer records by updating the information in the ERP system of record.
  4. Seeks support from resources in our Inside Sales, Transportation, Drop Ship, Order Verification and Technical Support teams to provide up to date information to increase customer satisfaction.
  5. Be the voice of the customer to share feedback and suggest creative solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

 What we are looking for in a candidate:   

  • At least 1 year of experience working with customers (preferably phone interactions).
  • Customer-first attitude.
  • Strong verbal communication skills that convey a friendly and helpful tone.
  • Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor that demonstrates empathy and patience.
  • Ability to follow defined procedures and multi-task.
  • Efficient in general computer skills and using multiple screens simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, independent decision-making skills.
  • High-speed internet; ethernet.
  • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise.
  • Previous Contact Center and/or hardline product experience a plus.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.

A few other things to know:   

  • Start date: Monday, July 28th.
  • Monday-Friday 8AM - 5PM during your first 10 weeks of training onsite at our Corporate office in Burnsville, MN for local candidates.
  • After training, shifts are: Monday-Friday between 10 AM - 7 PM (flexible start times).
  • One weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) every 4 weeks (with days off during the week).
  • Holidays as needed.
