Our Advanced Management Training Program is a year long program designed for retail store leaders to accelerate their impact and gain a broader business perspective. Veronica started her career with Northern as a Cashier in 2017. Within 6 months she entered our leadership track as a Keyholder and quickly advanced to Store Manager. She was most recently recognized as our Top Performing Store Manager at our President’s Club recognition event.

Matt joined Northern as a Store Manager in 2019 to open our Southeast San Antonio, TX location. In 2022 he joined the Advanced Management Training Program and shortly after graduation he was promoted to become a Regional Sales Manager.

Rick started his career with Northern as an Assistant Store Manager in Burnsville, MN. Over his tenure, he relocated across 4 states assuming greater responsibility with each move. Building on his deep sales expertise and understanding of our customer, he most recently transitioned to drive growth of our direct business.
